4) I say no, I don't want that, she says, sorry, can't give you back your return, and wants me to spend a few days starting from scratch on my tax return?!?! Uh...YOU GUYS GOT A COMPLETED RETURN!!!

2) Requested Jerry Overton. Got someone named Nancy who had no clue what she was doing.
3) She says I need to refile all previous tax returns based on some technicality to $200/year...$1 GRAND they want.
Just wanted to encourage you to look anywhere besides here to have your taxes reviewed here. Here's the cliffnotes version of my experience with these extortionists:
Trust me, there were many, many other irritating things about this, but I just don't want to waste any more time on these people.
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST, AND IF YOU GET SOMEONE NAMED NANCY DOING YOUR TAXES...RUN!!!!!
5) She says no can't refund, and call main support line...what a complete and utter joke.
Husband and I moved from NYC to NC and John was so helpful in getting our taxes in line after NYC didn't know how to file military family taxes. He had so much knowledge in NC property info and school tax info to help us get the most out of our return. We have been coming here for the past two years and will continue to use these experts as long as we live in NC. I would highly suggest to anyone who needs help with their taxes.
