Since my first visit at Pinehurst Neurology with Dr. Richman, my life quality of life has improved ten-fold. Dr. Richman was able to finally tell me what other neurologists could not or would not say about my medical condition. He gave me the tools necessary to understand my condition and allowed me to research treatment options. Dr. Richman gave me several options on course of treatment and the time I needed to research those options. It was comforting to know that I could choose what was best for me as an individual. With every follow up appointment that I have had, Dr Richman takes the time to review with me what we discussed the last visit, where we are now, and what the options are for the future course of my treatment. If I ever have a question about medicine, treatments, or concerns, I can message Dr Richman using the patient portal and I know I will get a reply back. I always get the same efficient and friendly nurse when I visit. Pinehurst Neurology's staff at the check-in and check-out counter are efficient and friendly.
I really like Dr. Richman...he listens and will have conversation with you regarding your health issue......however you are not able to reach a human being when there is a problem that needs to be handled quickly and the office staff is sometimes very rude and unhelpful....thinking about changing drs even though I like Dr. Richman.
