Great place for massage. The best value in Pinehurst by far. I've had two deep tissue massages by two different masseuses who were top quality, very experienced and professional.
I loved it there are so man was to exercise here and the personal trainers are adorable and great.

I wish I could give FirstHealth Fitness a 5 star review...but their lifting equipment is outdated and the weight room is tiny, crowded, and in the basement with limited equipment. The rest of the facility is amazing! The pool is my favorite part! A ton of treadmills and running machines. An upper track (14 laps equal 1 mile) which nice for the summer when it is too hot to run outside and you don't want to use a treadmill. The CrossFit room is epic! Probably the best in Moore County. If you have kids, they have an indoor basketball court. My wife loves all of their fitness classes. I tried the cycling class and it was a great workout. I highly recommend joining!
