I was involved in an accident and the police took very good care of myself and my daughters. While we waited for a ride, we were give one to the station. We were given a tour, my daughters got stickers, and even a donut. Everyone at the department was very nice. Thank you.

I called yesterday needing help from this department, and the lady I spoke with on the phone laughed at me when I told her my issue. Her words were "I can't guarantee if I send someone out they can help". As a new resident and property owner in Pinehurst, I expect more. I expect more professionalism from a department that prides itself on honor and exemplary service. I expect to call when I need help as a citizen, and receive it. Whether or not an officer could've helped me and my family, isn't the point. I hope that dispatcher or office worker reads this, and I hope she thinks twice again before taking matters of her citizens so lightly. I could've been your daughter calling, asking her community for help.
A bunch of statutory, state policy enforcing, bullies of fraud. That's truly what they are. I would not even give them one star, but I could not leave this post unless I did. When Officers will impose fraud on you, while smiling, shaking your hand and threatening you at the same time, how good do you think they are?
