i would recommend not to deal with this agent she and her crew, and yes i use crew as a description as it seemed as we we buying from Sopranos realty.
Always responsive and a wealth of knowledge she and her team possess, Martha has actually become a friend in the process of selling a lake house and piece of lakefront land for us. You can NOT go wrong!
They are the property managers for a home in my neighborhood. I called to speak with the manager about concerns with the renters after the other neighbors and I felt something needed to be done. It is now weeks later and I have not received a single call back. The homeowner also states they never return her calls and short change her on the rental payment every month.
